To access the general settings in Addo Sign, click on the cogwheel symbol in the top right-hand corner, next to your name. To access your user settings, click on your name, followed by clicking on My profile.
Account Overview
In this section, you can find your account and credit card information, credit usage, our general terms and conditions, and GDPR compliance settings.
If you have a subscription, you will also be able to access the Addo Vault settings. This is a service included with your subscription.For more information on your account overview, please refer to the article How to manage your Account overview.
Subcription / credits
The prices displayed in this section are based on a standard touch signature. An eID signature usually costs 1.25 credits. Depending on add-ons and the progress of the delivery, there may be additional costs.
You can purchase credits directly with a credit card here. Ordering credits by invoice is only possible for larger orders, such as 500 or 1,000 credits. Please note that ordering via invoice incurs an additional charge of 1.45% of the total invoice amount including VAT

Users
In this section, administrators can add individual users, create user groups, and manage roles and permissions.

Address book
This section allows you to save information about a signer for future transactions. You can save the following details: name, email address, title, phone number and tax number.

Integrations
This section allows you to set up and manage integrations to streamline the return of signed documents to you and company.

Web Hooks
A callback URL is called when the signing is completed. Optionally, you can also add callback URLs for these cases: a signing expires, a signing is rejected, a document is signed, a document is opened, or a transaction state changes.
Available webhook events; Completed, Expired, Transaction state changed, Cancelled, Rejected, Document opened, Document signed, Redirect URL, Invitation, Reminder, Bounce delivery.
You may also secure your webhooks using certificate-based authentication or by specifying a username and password, which will be applied to all configured webhook calls.

Templates
A template defines how a transaction is handled in Addo Sign. It includes predefined settings such as:Signature method and signing flow
Message content and language
Recipient visibility and permissions
Document distribution after signing
Signing responsibilities (who signs what)
Copy recipients and delivery options
Templates are designed to streamline and standardize your workflows, while still allowing customization for individual transactions when needed.

Forms
Addo Forms is a function for creating electronic forms, thus enabling the quick creation of contract flows, questionnaires or other information collection. With Addo Forms you can create surveys and forms that can be filled in and signed digitally.

Security
Administrators can use the Security section to define password requirements, including length, special characters, numbers, and update frequency.

Design
Use the Design section to upload your company’s logo and set a brand color for buttons, icons, and links in emails and on the signing portal. The selected design will appear when recipients view and sign your documents.

Use this section to verify whether a document has been validated or correctly signed. To do this, upload the signed document and enter the corresponding PID number.

Sub-accounts
As an administrator, use Subaccounts to divide a company account into multiple underlying accounts. This is useful if your organization wants to assign administrators to different departments or control who can purchase credits.
