What are security settings?
The security settings are an option for the administrator of an account to change the rules for passwords that apply to the account and all sub-accounts. This setting has no effect on the signer or transactions, but is purely for internal login and security in Addo Sign.
How to access & edit Security settings
Click on Settings (the cogwhell icon) in the top right corner, just to the left of your name.
Click Security
Click Save to save any changes.

Password Requirements
There are two different options for password requirements, Standard or High. The chosen setting counts for the main account, all sub-accounts and all users.
Standard
Minimum 8 characters
Can't include same character three times in a row.
High
Minimum 8 characters
Can't include same character three times in a row
Password must be changed every 90 days
Password must include numbers, upper case and lower case letters
The latest 8 used passwords can't be reused.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA can be enabled or disabled for all users on the account. If the setting is toggled on or off, the change happens the next time a user attempt to sign in.
