Account information
In the Account Overview section, administrators can view and edit most account details using free text fields.
To set a Primary Contact, select a user from the dropdown menu — please note that the selected user must have the Administrator role.
For more information on user roles, see the article [here] (link). The Country field is also selected from a dropdown, but the list is predefined by Addo and cannot be modified.
Credit Cards
To add and save a credit card to your Addo Sign account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Addo Sign
Go to your Addo Sign login page and sign in with your administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to Credit Purchase
In the main menu, go to Settings > Subscription / Credits section.
Select a credit package, then click on Pay by credit card
You will then see this pop-menu. Click on Fortsæt til kassen:
3. Enter Payment Information
In the payment window (Betalingsoplysninger), enter your credit card details, including:
Cardholder's name (Fornavn/First name + Efternavn/Surname)
Card number (Nummer)
Expiration date (Udløb)
CVV code
4. Save Card Details
Before completing the purchase, ensure the checkbox to save the card for future use (Gem denne på din liste over betalingsmetoder) is selected.
Complete the purchase by clicking Betal xxx kr.
5. Card Is Now Saved
After a successful transaction, your credit card will be securely saved and available for future purchases.
Note: Credit card information can only be saved during the purchase process —there is no standalone option to add a card.
Credits left
In the Credits left section, you can review your account’s purchase history. The following details are displayed:
ID number
Payment Status
Date (of purchase)
Buyer (Username)
Order (Description of items purchased)
To increase your current credit balance, click Buy more credits and follow the purchase flow.
To download an invoice, click the blue icon located on the right side of the 'Order' column:
Click on your invoice to open it as a PDF:
Click the disk and pencil icon in the top right corner to rename and/or save the invoice to your computer.
Used credits
You can view your credit usage for a specific time period in this section. Click the two date fields to select the desired time range.
Then, click Show to generate an overview:
The overview will display your credit usage and indicate which company name(s) are associated with the used credits during the selected period.
To see a visual breakdown of the usage, click View:
General terms and conditions
When you signed up for Addo Sign, you accepted our general terms and conditions. Addo Sign complies with GDPR regulations.
We recommend enabling the data anonymization feature, which automatically removes all personally identifiable information about your recipients 10 days after a transaction expires.
To activate this feature:
Select one of the three available options shown in the image.
Click the green "Save" button to apply your chosen settings.
You can return to this tab at any time to update your preferences.
Addo Vault
To enable long-term document storage, activate the Addo Vault solution. If you want to empty your vault, click the slider.
A confirmation pop-up will appear with the following message:
