How to purchase credits

Learn how to purchase Addo Sign credit packages using credit card or invoice, and complete the order through a simple step-by-step process.

Credit packages

To maximize your savings, consider purchasing credits in larger packages. When buying 10, 50, or 100 credits, payment must be made by credit card.

If you choose a package of 500 or 1000 credits, you can select your preferred payment method — either credit card or invoice.

Pay by credit card

To purchase a credit package using a credit card, select the desired package and click ‘Pay with credit card’ to proceed.

Next, you’ll be taken to the checkout page to complete your purchase:

Click ‘Fortsæt til kassen’ to continue to the checkout.

In the payment window (Betalingsoplysninger), enter your credit card details, including:

  • Cardholder's name (Fornavn/First name + Efternavn/Surname)

  • Card number (Nummer)

  • Expiration date (Udløb)

  • CVV code

You may enter a Purchase Order number (PO nummer) if needed — this field is optional.


To complete the purchase, check the boxes for 'Privacy Policy' and 'Terms of Service', then click ‘Betal kr. xxx’.

Pay by invoice

To purchase a credit package by invoice, choose your preferred package and click ‘Pay by invoice’ to continue with the order process.

Click ‘Choose your country’ to proceed:

Be sure to select your actual country (e.g. ‘Denmark’ is shown here as an example):

Complete Your Credit Package Purchase via Invoice

  1. Click on Addo Sign - Bestillingsformular (Addo Sign – Order Form) to go directly to the order process.

  2. Once the form is filled out, click the green button labeled ‘Go to signing’.

  3. Next, click ‘Proceed to identification':

  4. Complete identification using MitID to proceed:

  5. The order form will now be displayed as a PDF document. You can scroll through the form by clicking the downward arrow in the center top of the screen:

  6. To download a copy to your computer, click the download icon located in the upper right corner of the screen:

  7. When you’re ready to complete the transaction, click the orange button labeled ‘Sign document'.

  8. Finally, click ‘Proceed' to confirm your order:

  9. You will receive a confirmation via email with the subject ‘Kvittering for underskrevet dokument' (Receipt for signed document):
