Credit packages
When buying 10, 50, or 100 credits, payment must be made by credit card. If you choose a package of 500 or 1000 credits, you can select your preferred payment method — either credit card or invoice.
💡Tip: To maximize your savings, consider purchasing credits in larger packages.
Pay by credit card
To purchase a credit package using a credit card, select the desired package and click ‘Pay by credit card’ to proceed.
Next, you’ll be taken to the checkout page to complete your purchase:
Click ‘Proceed To Checkout’ to continue:
In the payment window (Payment Details), enter your credit card details, including:
Cardholder's name (First Name + Last Name)
Card number (Number)
Expiration date (Expiry)
Cvv code
You may enter a Purchase Order number (Reference number) if needed — this field is optional.
To complete the purchase, check the box labeled 'I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then click ‘Pay kr. xxx’.
Note: By adding a payment card, you avoid the invoicing fee.
Pay by invoice
To purchase a credit package by invoice, choose your preferred package and click ‘Pay by invoice’ to continue with the order process.
Click ‘Choose your country’ to proceed:
Be sure to select your actual country (e.g. ‘Other countries’ is shown here as an example):
Complete Your Credit Package Purchase via Invoice
Click on Addo Sign – Order Form to go directly to the order process.
Once the form is filled out, click the green button labeled ‘Go to signing’.
Next, click ‘PROCEED TO IDENTIFICATION':
Complete identification using MitID to proceed:
The order form will now be displayed as a PDF document. You can scroll through the form by clicking the downward arrow in the center top of the screen.
To download a copy to your computer, click the download icon located in the upper right corner of the screen:
When you’re ready to complete the transaction, click the orange button labeled ‘SIGN DOCUMENT'.
Finally, click ‘Proceed' to confirm your order:
You will receive a confirmation via email with the subject ‘Kvittering for underskrevet dokument' (Receipt for signed document):
