How to access purchase history
To view your purchase history in Addo Sign:
Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner of the screen, next to your name.
In the left-hand menu, select Payment and plans.
Scroll down to the Purchase history section:
What does the purchase history include?
The purchase history lists all credit purchases made on your account. It includes:
Purchase ID
Status
Date
Buyer
Order (details)
You can download an invoice for each transaction by clicking the blue download icon on the far right:
⚠️Note: The purchase history only reflects credit card purchases of credits. Invoices for special packages or subscriptions are not shown here.
