Why can I no longer find the credit column in my overview?

Credits for a transaction are dynamic, meaning the amount can change depending on the different statuses throughout the transaction process. To reduce confusion and avoid discrepancies, we have removed the credit column from the overview.

Where can I see how many credits a transaction costs?

You can still view how many credits a transaction costs, including a breakdown per signer and sender, by either accessing the details each transaction or downloading a CSV-file of the transactions in the overview.

How to interpret credits in “Signature details”

In this section, you can see how credits are distributed between the sender and the signer(s). For each party, the following categories are:

  • Authentication
Credits used for the identification/authentication step during signing.

  • Signing
Credits used for the signing action itself.

  • Distribution
Credits used for delivering the signed documents.

  • Notification
Credits used for sending the signing invitation.

  • Flow
Credits used for flow-related actions, such as sending a form.

  • Document
Credits based on the document size.

‼️ In some cases, signers may use a different number of credits and even when the same setup is used. This typically happens if a signer uses the identification method multiple times, as credits are charged per use of the service.
