Introduction to the Transaction Overview
The Transaction Overview is your central dashboard in Addo Sign. It displays all transactions and their current status - completed, pending, or failed.
From here, you can:
Track the progress of each transaction
Edit signer information and signature methods
Resend notifications
View and download documents
Troubleshoot errors using the event log
Add or remove signers
Download transaction data
By default, the overview shows the past 30 days. Use the calendar tool to extend the date range if you need older records.
Customizing Your Transaction Overview
You can tailor the Transaction Overview to display the columns that best fit your workflow. This makes it easier to search, sort, and manage transactions.
How to customize
Click the gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the Transaction Overview.
A menu will appear with all available columns.
Check or uncheck the boxes to show or hide specific columns.

Available columns
You can choose from the following columns:
Status β Current status of the transaction (always visible, cannot be unchecked).
Signing note β Notes related to the signing.
Signing method β The chosen method for signing.
Updated β Last update timestamp.
Signing price β Cost of the signing.
Flow price β Cost of the signing flow.
TAX number β Tax identification number, if used.
Expiration date β When the signing expires.
Signing name β Name of the signing.
Reference number β Custom reference added when sending the transaction.
Send date β Date the signing request was sent.
Distribution method β Method used to distribute the signing request.
Credits β Total credits used.
Distribution price β Cost of distribution.
Document price β Cost of documents in the signing.
Sender β The person who sent the transaction.
Senderβs email β Email of the sender.
Signing token β Unique token linked to the signing.
Recipient β Recipients of the signing.
Notification type β Type of notification sent.
Template β Template used for the transaction.
Authentication price β Cost of authentication.
Notification price β Cost of notifications.
PIN β PIN used in the signing (if applicable).
Transaction ID β Unique identifier for the transaction (recommended when contacting support).
Signing ID β Identifier for the specific signing.
Group β The group connected to the transaction.
Downloading Transaction Data
You can export transactions as a CSV file for reporting and analysis (e.g., credit usage).
Select the date range you want.
Make sure the columns include all relevant information.
Click Download CSV.
Open the file in Microsoft Excel.
Transaction Details
Click on a specific transaction to open a detailed view. A pop-up will display all related information.
Available Actions for ongoing transactions:
Abort signing β Cancel the transaction (cannot be reactivated).
Send new notification β Resend reminders to signers.
Download all documents β Download all files in a ZIP folder.
Add recipient β Add new signers to the transaction.
Edit recipient details β Update signer information.
For completed transactions, you can still:
Resend notifications
Download documents
Signers
If a transaction has multiple signers, each is shown in a separate box at the top of the pop-up.
The active signer has the status "started".
Details are available under six tabs:
Signer β Displays information about the signer(s) linked to the transaction.
Files β Shows the documents included in the signing.
Log β Displays the event log for the transaction.
Steps β Outlines the different steps in the signing process.
Audit log β Provides a detailed audit trail of all activities.
Reference Numbers
When sending a transaction, you can assign a reference (e.g., employee name, case number). This allows you to quickly search for transactions later using the Reference number field.
