General Information

The Transaction Overview is your central tool for monitoring transactions from start to finish and assisting recipients if issues arise. It allows you to:

  • Edit email addresses, names, and signing methods

  • Review the activity log

  • Troubleshoot errors

  • Retrieve or resend documents

  • Add new signers or cancel transactions

By default, all transactions sent within the last 30 days are shown. If you need to see older transactions, you can adjust the date range in the calendar date picker in the top left. The left date is the 'from' date, and the right is the 'to' date.

Default Overview Columns Explained

  1. Status – Quickly see where each transaction is in the process. Sort to view unfinished signings.

  2. Recipient – Search for a specific recipient by name. You can only search one recipient at a time.

  3. Send Date – Sort transactions by the date they were sent.

  4. Updated – Shows the most recent activity performed by you or a signer.

  5. Credits – Displays total credit usage. Credits are deducted in stages (e.g., sending, then signing).

  6. Transaction Id – A unique Id per signer. For multi-signer transactions, each signer has a separate transaction Id.

Add or Remove Columns

Customize your overview by adding or removing columns:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the overview

  2. Check the boxes for the columns you want to see

Tip: Add the Transaction ID column if you're contacting Addo Sign support.

Download Transaction Data

You can download a .CSV file of transactions to sort, filter, and analyze usage.

  1. Choose the date range

  2. Click Download CSV to export the file

By default, transactions from the last 30 days are shown. Adjust the date to include older entries.

Transaction Details

This section gives you a clear overview of the transaction and its sender. You’ll see when the transaction was created, its expiration date, and which template was used.

It also shows the signature method chosen, along with the sender’s name and the recipient’s email and phone number — everything you need to stay informed in one place.

Clicking a transaction opens a detailed pop-up.

  • If the transaction is Started, you can:

    • Copy or cancel the transaction

    • Send a new notification

    • Download documents

    • Add a new signer

  • If the transaction is Completed, you can:

    • Resend the signed documents

    • Download documents

    • Copy the transaction

Signers

If a transaction has multiple signers, each signer appears in a separate box, or in a drop-down if there are more than 3 signers, at the top of the pop-up:

  • The selected signer is highlighted with white.

  • The selected signer’s details are shown in the six tabs:

    1. Signer - Shows information about the individual signer, such as contact information, authentication and signature method and more, and allows you to make manuel actions such as sending a new notification to the signer.

    2. Files - Shows which files have been sent to the signer, as well as their status.

    3. Log - Shows which actions has been taken by the signer, and when.

    4. Steps - Shows how far along the signer is in the signing process.

    5. Auditlog - Shows all interactions with the chosen transaction.
