To view transactions older than 30 days, go to the top left corner of the overview screen, where you'll see the following option:
Simply select the appropriate time range to go back and locate the transaction.
Group Membership and Deleted Groups
Users must be part of the specific group in which the transaction was created in order to view it. If the group is deleted, the transactions associated with that group will no longer be visible.
If you have accidentally deleted a group and can no longer access the transactions linked to it, please contact Addo Sign Support for assistance.
