Can’t see Past Transactions?
If you’re having trouble finding transactions you used to see in Addo Sign, it might be because your group or account settings have changed. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
1. Check if You’ve Been Moved to Another Group
An admin might have added or removed you from a group. If you’re no longer part of the group where the transactions were sent, you won’t see those transactions anymore.
Ask your administrator for details about your current group setup.
How to check:
Click the cogwheel, then select 'Templates' to view your current groups:
If it looks different than before, you’ve likely been moved.
2. Check if You’ve Been Moved to Another Account
Sometimes, admins move users between accounts for better organization. If this has happened, you’ll see a different company name next to your profile.
What this means:
Your old transactions won’t be visible because they belong to the previous account.
Templates you see when sending may look different.
If in doubt, ask your administrator for details about your current account settings.
3. Adjust the Date Filter
Addo Sign only shows transactions from the last 30 days by default. You can change the date range to see older transactions.
How to do this:
Locate the date selector on the left side of the ‘Overview’ page:
Pick an earlier date to widen the range.
Note: The filter resets to default when you refresh the page.
4. Search Your Email Inbox
If you still can’t find the documents, try searching your email inbox for messages from Addo Sign.
Tip:
Search for emails from: [email protected]
This will show all signed documents sent to you via email.
