Why does this failure occur?
Typically, a failed transaction occurs because the signer's email address was entered incorrectly. To find out exactly why the transaction failed, you can check the transaction log.
How to Correct the Email Address
To fix the issue, you first need to reactivate the transaction:
Locate the transaction in the overview and click on it.
In the transaction pop-up window, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Select Reactivate signing.
Editing the Email Address
Once the transaction has been reactivated, you can edit the email address by doing the following:
In the same transaction pop-up, click Edit.
Update the email address.
Click Save.
Sending a New Notification
After saving, the system will automatically send a new notification to the signer. Alternatively, you can manually send a notification if needed.
⚠️The change must be made quickly. If not, the system will attempt to resend the notification automatically to the incorrect email address.
