The transaction Log can be accessed from the individual transaction view under the “Overview” tab.

Transaction Log in Overview

The Transaction Log is available as a tab within each individual transaction under the Overview section. It provides a chronological record of all actions, including when notifications were sent, viewed, signed, and if any errors occurred.

How to access the transaction log

  • Go to the Overview tab

  • Select the relevant transaction:

  • In the transaction details, click on Log:

The Transaction Log shows a detailed timeline of a recipient's actions, including:

  • When the transaction was created

  • If a notification has been sent to the recipient

  • If the recipient has identified themselves or opened documents/attachments

  • When documents or attachments were approved

  • Confirmation that all documents have been signed

  • (If enabled) When the documents were distributed to the recipient

  • Any errors that occurred, including explanations of the error(s)

This provides a full audit trail to help you monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.
