Requirements for Setting Up the Visma HR Integration
Before you can set up the integration, the following conditions must be met:
You must be an administrator in Addo Sign.
The integration must be ordered through either Visma HR or Addo Sign.

How to Set Up the Integration
The Visma HR integration is configured under Settings (click the cogwheel icon), and then navigate to the Integrations section.
Locate the Visma HR integration tile (with logo) and click on it.
A pop-up window will appear requesting some information:
Our support team will assist you in providing the necessary details and complete the setup during an online session (approx. 15–30 minutes).
Important Prerequisites Before Setup
Before starting the setup, make sure you have the following ready:
Employer Number:
– If you have multiple companies/accounts in Visma HR, identify which employer number is tied to the specific company.
Document Category:
– You must either create or select a document category where Addo Sign will store the documents.
– This category must not contain spaces or special characters.

Once the integration has been set up correctly, it will be listed under Active integrations:
