Before you start
Before you can send documents to Visma HR, the Visma HR integration must be active, and the template you use must include Visma HR as a sender distribution method.
If you have not set up the integration or updated your templates yet, follow the guide on how to set up Visma HR as a sender distribution method.
Send documents to Visma HR
Once the integration is active and your templates are set up, follow these steps to send documents:
Go to the Send page in Addo Sign:
Select a template that includes the Visma HR integration.
Add the required documents, recipients, and other relevant details for the transaction.
Enter the employee number
Before you complete the transaction, a pop-up will ask you to enter the Employee Number (no.):
Enter the employee number of the person whose documents should be stored in Visma HR.
Optional: You can pre-fill this field if you already know the correct employee number.
Click Continue to proceed.
⚠️Important: Make sure the employee number is already registered in Visma HR before you send the transaction.
What happens next?
Once the transaction is completed, the signed documents are delivered to the selected employee’s record in Visma HR.
The documents will appear under the document category configured in your integration settings.
Note: You can change the document category later directly in Visma HR, if needed.
