Digital Post - How to create a connection to Addo Sign

This guide explains how to set up Digital Post in Addo Sign so you can send secure documents directly from the platform.

⚠️You must have administrator rights in Digital Post to complete the setup.

Simply follow this guide if you want to be able to send documents to Digital Post from within Addo Sign.

Configure

  1. Sign in to Administrativ Adgang: http://admin.digitalpost.dk

  2. Go to Systemtilslutning

  3. Click Opret system

  4. Select Opsæt systemet via leverandørsystem

  5. Choose:

    • Vendor: twoday A/S

    • Vendor system: Addo Sign

  6. Enter a system name
    (for example: “Addo Sign” – the name should be meaningful for your organisation)

  7. Confirm that you are allowed to use the vendor system and click Næste

  8. Continue through the setup
    (connection settings are typically preconfigured)

  9. Select Aktiver systemet nu and click Næste

  10. Fill in contact information

    • Make sure to add an additional email address for error notifications

  11. On the summary page (Opsummering), click Tilslut

Final steps

Once the connection has been created:

  • Send your CVR number and API key to Addo Sign

  • Download the system settings as a PDF and send it to [email protected]
