Setup guide to send documents via Digital Post from Addo Sign — requires Digital Post admin rights and linking your system with Addo Sign.

Instructions for Digital Post Integration in Addo Sign

Follow this guide to send documents to Digital Post from Addo Sign. Administrator rights in Digital Post are required for setup.

Setup guide:

  1. Select “Administrer og opret systemer” then click “Gå til systemtilslutning.”

  2. Click “Opret system.”

  3. Click “Gå videre.”

  4. Choose “Opsæt via et præudfyldt standard leverandørsystem.”:

    • Find “Twoday A/S” in the 'Systemleverandør-list'.

    • Find “Addo Sign” in the 'Leverandørsystem-list'.

    • Name the system (e.g., “Addo Sign”). The name should be clear for the customer.

    • Confirm permission to use the system and click “Næste.”

  5. On the “Tilslutning” page (locked), simply click “Næste.”

  6. Select “Aktiver systemet nu” and click “Næste.”

  7. Contact info is pre-filled; add an “Ekstra e-mailadresse” for error notifications, then click “Næste.”

  8. On the summary page, click “Tilslut” to create the connection.

  9. Send your registered CVR number and API key to Addo Sign ([email protected]). It’s recommended to download the system settings and include them in your email.
