How to set up Visma HR as a sender distribution method

Set up Visma HR in Addo Sign as a sender distribution method. Addo Support will help you complete the setup during a short online session.

⚠️You need administrator rights in Addo Sign to make the changes described in this article.

Requirements for setting up the Visma HR integration

Before you can set up the integration, the following requirements must be met:

  1. You must be an administrator in Addo Sign.

  2. The integration must be ordered through either Visma HR or Addo Sign.

Set up the integration

The Visma HR integration is configured from the integrations page in Addo Sign.

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) Integrations.

  2. Find Visma HR in the list of available integrations and click the integration tile:

Addo Support will help you provide the necessary details and complete the setup during an online session. The session usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.

Prepare before the setup session

Before the setup session, make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Employer number: If you have multiple companies or accounts in Visma HR, identify which employer number belongs to the company you want to connect.

  • Document category: You must create or select the document category where Addo Sign should store the documents.

The document category must not contain spaces or special characters.

Confirming the Integration

Once the integration has been set up correctly, Visma HR will be listed under Active integrations:
