Understanding the Overview Tab in Addo Sign
The Overview tab provides a centralized dashboard for monitoring all your document transactions. Whether a signing is Completed, Started or Failed, you can quickly check its status. Use multiple filters — such as date, recipient or status — to narrow down results or export data for reporting and auditing with a single click.
This tab is your go-to spot for staying in control of your digital signing workflow.
How to manage an ongoing transaction
To manage your transaction, select the relevant entry by clicking on it, as shown in the image above.
A pop-up window will appear on your screen, displaying detailed information about the transaction, including but not limited to:
signer status
contact details
signature and authentication method
You can switch between recipients to see who has opened or signed the documents in question.
Signing Details
As the sender, this view provides a clear summary of your transaction details. You can verify when the transaction was created, see its expiration date, and confirm which template was used.
It also allows you to add a signing note, check your credit usage and access essential identifiers like the Signing ID and token.
