Transaction Log in Overview
The transaction Log is available as a tab within each individual transaction under the Overview section.
It provides a chronological record of all actions, including when notifications were sent, viewed, signed, or if any errors occurred.
How to access the transaction log
Go to Overview
Select the relevant transaction:
In the transaction details, click on Log:
The transaction Log shows a detailed timeline of recipient actions, including:
When the transaction was created
Whether the recipient received the email
If the recipient identified themselves or opened documents/attachments
When documents or attachments were approved
Confirmation that all documents have been signed
(If enabled) When the documents were distributed to the recipient
Any errors that occurred, including explanations
This provides a full audit trail to help you monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.
