When purchasing in Addo Sign, you have the option to order an invoice for payment of credits. You can receive the invoice by e-mail or EAN
You can order an invoice for all purchases over 500 credits, which gives you up to 20 days to pay, where you will also get a receipt, both in Addo Sign under Purchase History, but also sent to e-mail.

For purchases of more than 500 credits, you can choose to receive an invoice. All you need to do is provide your company name, VAT number, invoice email, address, postcode, city and country.

Click on your credits at the top of the page and select "Buy credits"

Choose a minimum of 500 credits to pay by invoice

You have the option to enter your desired number of credits
When you click on Pay by invoice, a pop-up window will open with information about your order. Here you need to enter the necessary billing information so that we can send you an invoice.
- It is optional whether you want to receive your invoice via. EAN or reference number. If you choose a reference number, you will continue to receive your invoice via. mail.
- Enter the necessary information about your company
- Click on Complete payment
I have not received my invoice?
Once you have clicked on Complete payment, you will receive a receipt by e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The receipt may be confused with the actual invoice, so please note that we have received your order confirmation and that your invoice will be sent to you later.

How do I pay my invoice?
Once we have processed your order, you will receive the final invoice with payment details and due date.
How do I find my invoice?
You can find an overview of all your invoices under your accounts. Simply navigate to your User Settings -> Select Account Overview -> Scroll to the bottom until you find Purchases History. Here you will be able to find your recent purchases and if you choose to click on one of the transactions, you will automatically download an invoice.pdf.
