      How to move templates

      It is possible to move a template between groups, but also within a group. This can be used if, for example, you have created a template in the wrong group, or want a different order in the templates.

      Move templates between groups

      If a template is created in the wrong group, it is possible to move it to another group. It is also possible to rename, duplicate or delete the template.

      To move the template to another group, you first need to go to the template settings in the top right corner, and find the template you want to move. Once you have found the template, press the three blue lines under "Actions" and press "Move".

      1. Press the gear in the top right corner (settings)
      2. Select "Templates" in the menu on the left
      3. Find the template you wish to move
      4. Click on the three blue lines under "Actions"
      5. Select "Move" from the list that appears

      A pop-up window will then appear, where you can select from the list, the group to which you wish to move the template.

      1. Press the "Select user group" field
      2. Select the group you wish to move the template to
      3. Press the green "Move" button

      The template will now be in the group you have selected, and will no longer be available in the previous group.

       

      Move templates within a group

      It is also possible to change the order of the templates within a group. The order of the templates under settings is the same as under "Send", when selecting a template. The one at the top of the "Default" group will therefore be automatically selected when you press "Send".

      To change the order of the templates, just hold down the mouse on the two grey lines to the left of the template name, and drag the template to where you want it.

      2. Select "Templates" in the menu on the left
      3. Find the template you wish to move
      4. Press and hold your mouse on the two grey lines to the left of the template name, and drag the template up or down.

      You have now moved the template within the group, and thereby changed the order.
