Addo Sign lets you copy your transactions, so you can easily and quickly create more similar transactions, or send the same transactions with small changes without having to start from scratch.
Note! - You cannot copy a transaction more than 10 days after the expiry date, as the files in the transaction are not saved after that point.

What is "Copy transaction"?
Copy transaction is a function in "overview" that lets you create transactions with the same signing-settings as other transactions. Before sending the transaction, you have the ability to correct all details, such as recipients, signature method, documents, etc. Or you can leave it exactly as it was sent in the first place.
Group administrators and administrators can copy transactions from other users on the same account. So if you copy a colleague's transaction, you will now become the owner of the new transaction.
You can copy transactions regardless of their status. The only thing you can't copy are transactions that are 10 days past their expiration date, due to documents no longer being stored in the transaction.
If you don't make any changes after copying the transaction, all details will be the same. (Except if you are an administrator and have copied someone else's transaction, as you will now be made the owner and sender.)
How to copy transaction
In order to copy a transaction, we first need to find it in our Overview and access the transaction details.
- Click on the signing in the transaction overview (If you have multiple recipients, click on a recipient in the drop-down)
- Click the three dots (settings) in the top right corner
- Click Copy transaction
When you click on Copy transaction, you will then be taken back to Send, where the setup of the copied transaction is preset. You now have the option to correct the details and send the transaction.
