Dashboard overview

The Dashboard gives you a clear overview of your transactions, their status, and your next actions — so you can stay in control of your workflow.

Get a quick status overview

At the top of the Dashboard, you will find key metrics that highlight the current status of your transactions:

  • My started transactions – Transactions you have initiated

  • My rejected transactions – Transactions that have been declined by recipients

  • My expired transactions – Transactions that were not completed in time

Each metric is based on activity within the last 60 days, allowing you to quickly identify if any actions are required.

Take action directly

The Quick actions section provides shortcuts to the most commonly used features:

  • Sign – Start a new signing process

  • Secure file transfer – Send files securely without requiring a signature

  • Forms – Create and send forms for data collection

  • Mail merge – Send documents to multiple recipients at once

  • Validate CPR – Validate CPR numbers (if enabled)

These shortcuts help you initiate workflows faster without navigating through multiple menus.

Monitor activity over time

The Transactions overview section gives you insight into your activity trends.

You can:

  • View transaction activity for a selected period (e.g. This month)

  • Track usage across different transaction types such as signing, file transfer, forms, and CPR validation

This makes it easier to understand how your organization is using Addo Sign and identify patterns in your workflows.

Why use the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is designed to:

  • Make it easy to identify pending or problematic transactions
