Reactivate Transaction

This article explains how to reactivate an expired transaction in Addo Sign to extend the deadline and notify remaining signers.

Updated this week

This feature extends the signing deadline and sends new notifications to collect outstanding signatures.

Reactivation is helpful when some signers have not completed the signing process before the original deadline.

Signers who have already signed do not need to sign again—only the remaining signers are affected. They will receive new notifications, and the signing window will be extended.

Note: Transactions that expired more than 10 days ago cannot be reactivated.

How to Reactivate a Transaction

  1. Go to the Overview
Locate the transaction marked as “Failed” or “Expired.”

  2. Open the Transaction
If there are multiple signers, expand the transaction to view the individual signers.

  3. Select a Signer
Click on a signer to open their detailed view.

  4. Reactivate the Transaction
Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner and select “Reactivate transaction.”

Once reactivated, all remaining signers will have 30 days from the reactivation date to complete their signatures.
