Has the signer still not signed your sent documents? No problem!
You can resend notifications through the same channel at any time during the set expiration period of the signing.
If you have sent documents for signing and the signer has not yet signed them, don't worry! You can easily resend notifications to the signer through the same channel at any time during the set expiration period of the signing.
To resend notifications, simply follow these steps:
1. Start from the homepage of the signing platform.
2. Click on the ‘Overview’ tab, as shown below:
3. Next, click on the desired transaction from the list of transactions.
4. Then, click on the link ‘Send new notification to signer’, as shown below:
5. In the popup window, simply click the green button labeled ‘OK’.
That's it! The notification will be resent to the signer through the same channel.
Note:
You can send reminders once per hour throughout the entire expiration period.
However, please note that the system cannot be set to notify automatically. It must be done manually as described above.
