The activity log allows you to see what activities your recipient has performed from creation to completion of the transaction. This includes, for example, when documents have been opened, signed or distributed.
The activity log appears as a tab in the individual transaction from the Overview.

The guide below shows how to find the activity log of a transaction from the Overview.
- Press Overview
- Select the current transaction
- Select Activity log in the transaction details
Then you can see the exact time when the recipient has performed activities. This includes times for:
- Creation of the transaction
- Whether the recipient has received the email
- Whether the recipient has identified themselves or opened attachments/documents
- Documents or attachments are approved
- Confirmation that all documents have been signed
- If selected, when the documents are distributed to the recipient
- If an error has occurred and why
