Send multiple documents for signature in Addo Merge

Addo Merge allows you to add additional documents to your merge document to be either signed or received as attachments by the signer.

You can attach more documents to your mail merge process by attaching them to the signing template when sending.

What is a signing template?

A signature template sets the framework for a transmission, which includes for example the wording of the message to the recipient, the signature method or whether more documents need to be added in addition to the merged document. It is something that is mandatory to choose as soon as you start your sending in Addo Merge.

 

How do I create a signing template?

You can create your corresponding "Sending template" in your user settings under "Templates". To create a new template, we recommend that you follow the guide here. For a signing template, you will find at the bottom of the creation the option to add additional documents, signatories and/or a copy recipient of the finished signing document, as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. Add any additional documents and tick whether the documents should be signed or attached to the transaction

What is the proces in Addo Merge?

If you have followed the guide on how to use Addo Merge, the process is the same. Just make sure you choose the right signing template as well as the template.

  1. First of all, make sure that you have selected the "Broadcast template" corresponding to a signature template.
  2. Select the desired template with additional documents, signatories or copy recipient.

 

How does it look for the recipient in the signing flow?

Just as you know it, the recipient gets the merged document and the fixed documents in the same flow in the signing portal:
