Sometimes a spam or security filter prevents signers from finding emails from us. Here's a workaround so you can quickly obtain signatures for your documents.
It is possible to copy the signature link itself from within Addo Sign. The signature link is the link that the signatory clicks on in the message they receive from us in order to sign. By copying the link directly from your overview in Addo Sign, you can send it directly to the signer. You do this as shown below.
Here's how to
First, you go to vismaaddo.net and choose the overview tab. From here, you select the transaction in question and go to the transaction details, where you can copy the signing link. Below this is further explained
- Inside vismaaddo.net, go to your Overview. You can read more about the overview here.
- Select the transaction in question. Transaction is our term for the collected documents/sending you have sent. In a transaction there can be several signatories and documents. Click on the signatory you need the signing link for.
- A pop-up window will appear with all of the transaction details. Press Copy link.
The link is now in your clipboard and you can send a direct SMS/email to the signatory from your mail or phone.
