Customers may need to regain access to their Addo Sign account for several reasons, such as the administrative user being unavailable, leaving the company, company changes, or other circumstances.
To regain access, the Account Access Recovery Form must be completed by the company director. This requirement ensures security and protects the sensitive information and documents stored in Addo Sign.
Account Access Recovery Form
To process your request, you must complete the form corresponding to your country. The form requires:
A clear explanation of why access was lost.
Supporting documentation based on the reason provided.
The identification and signature of the company’s director or other authorized signatory.
Available forms:
Authorized Signatory and Company Information Verification
For security reasons, only the company director can sign the request. The information provided in the form will be cross-checked with national business registries. Please ensure that your company details are up to date in these registries; otherwise, the request cannot be accepted.
Identity verification and signature methods vary depending on your country:
Danish companies must use MitID for both identity verification and signing.
Swedish companies must use Swedish BankID.
Norwegian companies must use Norwegian BankID.
Companies outside these countries should use the Other form.
⚠️If a Danish company submits the Other form without using MitID, the request will not be accepted. The same rule applies to Swedish and Norwegian companies that do not use their respective BankID solutions.
