You can cancel your Addo Sign subscription at any time before the renewal date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term, after which it will be cancelled.
Cancellation Form
To complete your cancellation, you must fill out the appropriate termination request form. A clear termination reason and your signature are required.

Administrator Verification
For security reasons, only the account administrator can cancel a subscription. Danish companies are required to use MitID for both identity verification and signing. The same applies to Swedish companies, which must use Swedish BankID, and Norwegian companies, which must use Norwegian BankID. Companies based outside these countries should instead use the 'Other' form.
Please note that if a Danish company submits the Other form without using MitID, the cancellation request will not be accepted. The same applies to Swedish and Norwegian companies that do not use their respective BankID solutions.
