Notifications

Learn how to notify your signers by email, SMS, digital mail, or callback, so they never miss a document waiting to be signed

Updated over 3 weeks ago

As shown in the image above, you need to decide how to notify the signer(s) of your documents. Click the dropdown menu under "Notification" to choose from the following options:

None:

The signer will not receive any automatic notification, and you must manually copy and share the signing link after clicking the green "Send" button.

Email:

The signer receives a notification via email, including a direct link to the signing process.

SMS:

The signer receives the notification via SMS with a link to sign the document.

Email and SMS:

The signer receives both an email and an SMS with the signing link.

e-Boks (Private or Company):

The signer receives their notification via e-Boks, including the link to access and sign the document. 'Private' requires the signer's CPR (PIN) number, and 'company' requires the company’s CVR/TAX number.

Digital Post (Private or Company):

The signer receives the invitation in their Digital Post inbox.

Mit.dk (Private or Company):

The document is delivered via Mit.dk, Denmark’s secure communication platform.

Callback:

This allows you to create a callback on notification, so that your own system can respond when the signer receives the notification.

Kivra:

The signer receives their notification through Kivra, a digital mailbox service used primarily in Sweden and Finland.
