When a transaction is finalized in Addo Sign you will receive an e-mail with the document(s) attached, if you don't download the attached file you will receive reminder e-mails. The first reminder e-mail will come 7 days before the case expires and the last one will come 24 hours before. This will happen for all signers, also if they are internal users of the system.
You can see the signers at the top when you have clicked on a transaction.
