Recipient Cannot Find the Email

This article explains how to manually retrieve and send a signing link from Addo Sign if the recipient can't find the original email.

Updated this week

If the recipient is unable to locate the email, you can manually retrieve and send the signing link from within Addo Sign. The signing link is the URL the recipient clicks on in the message they receive from us in order to sign the document.

By copying the link directly from Addo, you can send it to the recipient via your own email or text message. Follow the steps below to do so.

How to Retrieve and Send the Signing Link

  1. Log in to Addo
Navigate to the Overview section, where you can view all transactions.

  2. Find the Relevant Transaction
Locate the specific transaction that includes the document to be signed.
A transaction is a term used for the document package you've sent out. It can contain multiple documents and multiple signers.
Click on the name of the signer in question.

  3. Copy the Signing Link
A pop-up window with all transaction details will appear.
Click the Copy link button next to the signing link.

  4. Send the Link to the Signer
The link is now copied to your clipboard. You can paste it into an email or SMS and send it directly to the recipient from your preferred communication tool.
