Customizing the Invitation Message for Addo Signatures

When sending documents for signature through Addo, you have the option to customize the invitation message that your recipients will receive. This allows you to clearly communicate the purpose of the message and guide the signer to the signing portal.

Customizing the Invitation Message

To begin, enter a subject for your message in the Subject field. This could be something like:

Dear %recipientname%,
%sender% has sent you a document which awaits your signing. You can sign the document by following the link below: %signingportalurl%.
Best Regards, %sender% %senderaccount%

Formatting and Additional Options

Addo allows you to format your message using bold, italic, lists, and links to better structure the content. To access these options, use the toolbar at the top of the message editor.

You can also insert Addo Standard Parameters to personalize your message. Hover over the arrow in the dropdown menu and select the desired parameter to automatically include details like the sender name or document link.

Final Step

Once your message is complete, click the green Save button to apply your changes.
