What is Addo Vault?
Addo Vault is the latest addition to Addo that lets you automatically store your signed documents in Addo.
Without Addo Vault, every signing is only stored in Addo for 10 days after the expiration date or in the receipt email. With Addo Vault enabled, you don't have to set up separate storage for documents and you no longer have to worry about whether a document is stored properly.
Along with every document, the signature history is also saved so you always know when, how and who was involved.
Addo Vault is included in any Addo or Enterprise subscription at no extra charge.

How does Addo Vault work?
When Addo Vault is activated in your account, your documents will automatically be stored after signing with Addo Sign. The documents are accessed in the same way as always via your transaction overview in Addo Sign. This is what your signing looks like when it is archived:
How do I find documents archived in Addo Vault?
You will find documents as you would normally find them in your overview. This can be done using the different filtering options available, e.g. reference number, recipient name, which sending template you have used and many more. Read more about the filtering options in the overview here. Once you have found your signing, you can click on it to open the signing details and then click on the "Documents" tab.
