Add Recipient of Copy

A copy recipient receives the signed documents after they have been signed. In this article we will go through how to add a recipient of copy, before and after you have sent a document for signing.

Add Recipient of copy in Send

We will now go through how to add a copy recipient in "Send" before sending a document for signing.

  1. Click the menu Recipients of copy
  2. Click Add Recipient of copy 
  3. Fill in details Name E-mail 
  4. Click Add 

Your recipient of copy is now added to the transaction and will receive the signed document. You can do this multiple times, if multiple Recipients are needed. 

 

Add Recipient of copy in Templates

It is also possible to add a copy recipient in specific Templates. This means, that every time you use this template, this person will automatically be added to the transaction as a recipient of copy. 

  1. Click the Cogwheel (Settings) in the top right corner 
  2. Click Templates
  3. Click the template you want to change
  4. Roll down and click Recipients of copy
  5. Click Add Recipient of copy

  6. Fill in details Name E-mail
  7. Click Add
  8. Click save

You have now successfully added a recipient of copy to the template. Feel free to add more if you wish.

 

Add Recipient of copy in active transaction

After a document has been signed for signing, it is still possible to add a recipient of copy, as long as it isn't "completed". We will now go through how to do this. 

  1. Click Overview
  2. Click the Transaction you wish to change


  3. Click Signing details
  4. Click Bcc
  5. Click Add recipient
  6. Fill in Name E-mail of copy recipient
  7. Click on the save icon to the right

You have now added a recipient of copy to the transaction.
