What is a reference number?
A reference number is an identification of a specific transaction. In Addo Sign, when sending documents for signing, you can add a reference number consisting of numbers, letters, or a combination of both. On a shared account within your organization, it can help prevent confusion or errors.
- Go to the "Send" tab to send a shipment
- Click on "Signing Settings" and enter a reference in the "Add Own Reference Number" box.
