In Addo Sign you can make sure that the recipient can approve all his documents with a single click. This is a feature that is activated when you add your signer to the transaction.
It can be helpful for your recipient to avoid having to click on each document. With this feature, attachments can be accepted regardless of whether they have been viewed and read.

If there are several attachments to a transaction, it may be useful to offer the recipient to accept them all with a single click. This feature does not cost additional credits to activate.
How is the function activated?
You can either activate the feature in your Template Settings to make sure it will always be linked to the selected template. Alternatively, you can manually turn the feature off and on when you add a new signer to a transaction.
- Click on "Can approve all documents at once" when adding a new signer.
How does it look at the recipient's end?
In the screenshot below, the recipient has opened the link to see which documents need to be signed and which documents are just attachments. Above "attachments", the button "I want to accept all attachments at once" will appear and the following pop-up box will appear as confirmation.
- The recipient can click on the "I want to approve all attachments at once" button.
- The recipient must click on "Proceed" to agree to accept all attachments accepting they may not having read them.
