If your transaction has expired and it has not been 10 days since the transaction expired, you will have the option to reactivate the transaction.
This extends the expiration date for your recipients and triggers a new notification, allowing you to collect your signatures.
Reactivating a transaction can be useful in cases where a transaction has multiple signers, but one or more of them have not signed in time. When a transaction is reactivated, individuals who have already signed will not be asked to sign again. Upon reactivation, the period for individuals to sign will simply be extended, and individuals who have yet to sign will receive a notification about it.
Note! You cannot reactivate if the transaction expired more than 10 days ago.
Reactivation of transaction
Start by going to the Overview, where you will find the list of transactions. Click on the transaction with the Expired status. If the transaction has multiple signatures, click to expand it, and you will see the different signers. Here, click on a signer to view their specific details.
Below is an example of the details for a user:
- Click on the 3 small dots
- Click "Reactivate transaction"
Clicking "Reactivate Transaction" will restart the signature process for all parties who have not yet signed. Each signer will then have 30 days from the current date to complete their signatures.
