Changing user and account details

If you need to change your name, email, title, language or phone number, this guide has the answer. You'll also learn how to change your company name, CVR number, address and contact person.

In some cases it may be necessary to change the name or email if it has been entered incorrectly. The same applies to account details used, for example, when purchasing credits for auto-fill.

How to change your personal information

Once you are on the front page of Addo Sign, go to the top right corner, click on the drop-down menu and go to "My Profile". Here you will be able to change your own name, title, language and phone number.

 

*Note that only administrators can change rights/roles.

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner
  2. Click on "My profile" - then you will be able to change information
  3. Number 3 allows you to unlink the Visma Connect integration
  4. Number 4 saves your settings

 

How to change your account details

Only an administrator will be able to change the account details. To do this, go tap user settings at the top right corner. You will now see the account details where it will be possible to change the company name, CVR, geographical location etc.

*Note, if you do NOT see the account information, it is because you do not have the sufficient rights. You can check your rights in your personal information as seen above. 

Guide to changing account details:

  1. Click on the cogwheel icon in the top right corner
  2. Click on "Account overview" on the left side - You will now have the option to change company name, CVR, geographical location etc.
  3. Click on "Save".
