Account Design Settings

Under the Design menu, you can integrate your company’s colors and logo so they appear when sending a transaction.

Selecting a Company logo

You can drag and drop your company logo from any open window directly into the designated area. Alternatively, click Upload to browse and select your logo file.

Use this feature to customize the design of buttons, icons, and links that the signer will see alongside the documents to be signed.

Note: Avoid using gray or very light colors for your company colors to ensure a better user experience.

Default Settings Applied to All Templates and Transactions

These settings will be applied by default to all templates and transactions unless you choose to modify them when creating a specific template.


Template Design Settings

You can customize the design for each individual transaction within your templates.

  1. Click the gear icon as shown in the blue bar below:

  2. Then select 'Templates':

  3. Find and select the template you want to edit.

  4. Scroll down and click the Design menu item:

By default, the template uses the account’s standard design settings. If you want a custom design for this template, uncheck the box labeled 'Inherit from account settings:

You can now redesign the template using the same options available for the main account design. When finished, click the green 'Save' button.
