How to Use the Receipt Message Function in Addo
The receipt message function allows you to send a confirmation to the signer, letting them know that their signature has been successfully received.
Customizing the Receipt Message
Start by entering a subject in the Subject field. For example:
“Receipt: Your digital signature is received”
Then, write your confirmation message in the editor to let the signer know their signature has been registered.
Formatting and Additional Options
Use the formatting toolbar to enhance your message. You can apply bold, italic, create lists, or insert links for a more professional look.
You can also personalize your message using Addo Standard Parameters. Simply hover over the arrow in the dropdown menu and select the relevant parameter to insert details like the sender’s name or the document title.

Once your message is ready, click the green Save button to confirm your changes.
