Addo Print - Download

By downloading and installing Addo Print, you can send documents for signing Directly from your Microsoft Office applications eg. Word, PowerPoint, etc.

You will have corresponding functionality using Addo Print as you have on the Addo Web signing service. You can eg. add multiple recipients, choose a signing template, choose whether the signing should be sequential or parallel, and have access to relevant group templates.

How does it work?

Addo Print works as a printer driver which is installed on your computer as a regular printer. When your document is ready to send for signing you activate Addo Print as if you were going to print it on a printer. Instead of choosing a normal printer, you choose Addo Print. When ‘printing’ to Addo Print the application will automatically open with your document all ready to send for signing.

You can install Addo Print or get help from your IT department. Please note that you must have access to a Addo Sign account to use Addo Print. You can create an account at the link here if you do not have this.

Note: Please be aware of Addo print is installed under the local app data folder, which means it is personal for each user and is not being installed for everyone. However, if a user is the administrator and runs the installer as admin, it should be okay, unless he does not have permission to modify registry entries, since Addo Print is doing that.
