Get documents signed and Addo Forms filled out in one flow

This signing flow is for those who want recipients to sign a document, and then want the recipient to also fill out a form and sign this.

Before you get started

In order for you to do this signing flow you need to make sure that you have created:

  1. Document signing template
  2. Addo Forms template
  3. Addo Forms
  4. Make the link to the form public

Once all these things are set up and done, you can continue with the process. (Please note that only administrators can set up the flow)

 

The set-up

When setting up the flow, start by going to Forms, which is located under the account settings. Here you need to find the form you want to be part of this signature process. Under the "Public Link" column, you can copy the link to the form.

  1. Press the gear in the upper right corner (settings)
  2. Select "Forms" from the menu on the left
  3. Find the Form that should be part of the process
  4. Press "Copy link to clipboard" to copy the link

 

You have now copied the URL to the form. Next, go to Templates and find the desired signing template for the process to run through.

  2. Select "Templates" from the menu on the left
  3. Find and select the template through which the process will be run

 

Once inside the template, scroll to the bottom where you will find the Web Hooks section. You need to uncheck the one called Redirect URL and paste the link you copied and press save.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the template
  2. Find and click on the Web Hooks section
  3. Remove the checkmark from the Redirect url
  4. Paste the link you copied 
  5. Press Save

To send the flow, go to Send and send it as New Signing. Here you add the required documents, and attachments (if not already done in the template).

Once the signer has completed the process, the person is immediately redirected to the form.

 

The signing flow for the recipient

The transaction has now been sent and the signers will now be notified. The signers access the link and enter the signing portal where they must first identify themselves (if this is selected). They then approve the documents and attachments, and sign.

Once the signing process is complete, they will be redirected to the form associated with the sending. Once they have completed and saved the form, they will then be returned to the signing portal where they will sign the form they have just completed. See video below:
