To make transactions it is necessary to have credits, which is the currency of Addo Sign.
There are different rates for credits depending on how the signatory is notified, whether the signatory has to identify himself before the document can be viewed, how the document has to be signed and where the signed document has to be delivered. This guide shows you how to buy credits according to your needs.

When you use Addo Sign, your usage is billed in credits, where you only pay for your actual usage. You can read more about our pricing models here, which involve subscriptions and credits: Addo Sign Prices as well as the individual credit prices here.
How do I buy credits?
As the administrator of the account, you will have the possibility to buy credits. You can do this by clicking on your current number or by accessing your user settings, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Once you have clicked on the drop-down button next to your current balance, click on "Buy credits".
- You can also access "Buy credits" by opening your user settings and clicking on the tab on the far left
- You can choose one of the packages that suits your needs, then simply click "Select" to confirm your number.
- You must read and accept our Terms and Conditions, then select the checkbox to enable the "Pay by Credit Card" button.
- Now, by clicking on "Pay by credit card," a new window will appear where you'll be prompted to enter your billing information, review and confirm your order details, and then provide your payment card information.
When you click on "Pay by credit card"
- A new window will appear where you'll be prompted to enter your billing information.
- Upon clicking "Next," a new window will display the order details, including the number of credits, cost per credit, total payment cost, VAT, and billing information. This window serves as a final check to ensure all information is accurate before moving on to the last step.
- The last step involves the payment window, where you must enter your payment card details and click "Complete order" to finalize the purchase of credits.
