Get signed documents delivered to your own e-Boks

Send signed documents directly to your own e-Boks from Addo Sign.

⚠️ Requirements

  • New customers can create access via the e-Boks website

  • Existing customers must contact Addo Support to enable the integration

How it works

To deliver signed documents to e-Boks, you need to: The e-Boks integration in Addo Sign allows users to send messages and documents directly to private customers' e-Boks accounts, streamlining communication and eliminating the need to access the e-Boks portal separately.

  1. Enable the e-Boks integration

  2. Select how documents should be distributed


Option 1: Use e-Boks in a signing template

  1. Create a new template or open an existing one:

  2. Scroll to Sender Distribution Methods:

  3. Enable e-Boks:

Once enabled, all documents signed using this template will automatically be delivered to e-Boks.

💡 You can combine delivery methods, for example:

  • e-Boks + email Additionally, after a document has been signed, you can deliver it to the customer’s e-Boks by selecting e-Boks as the post-signing delivery option. This provides flexibility in how and when documents are delivered.


Option 2: Set e-Boks as default (recommended)

You can also set e-Boks as your default distribution method in your account settings.

This ensures that all documents are delivered directly to your or your company’s e-Boks, regardless of the template used.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Choose e-Boks as your “active integration” (default) to ensure that transaction data and signed documents are returned through this integration

Note: This ensures that all documents are delivered to e-Boks regardless of which template is used Limitation: The placement of documents within the recipient’s e-Boks account (e.g., main inbox or "Documents from private companies") is determined by e-Boks’ internal handling and cannot be configured from Addo Sign.


Result

Once configured:

  • Signed documents are automatically delivered to your e-Boks

  • Documents are securely stored and documented

  • No manual handling is requir

  • The placement of documents within the recipient’s e-Boks account is managed by e-Boks and cannot be influenced by the sender.ed
