How to Enable Document Delivery to e-Boks via Signing Templates

To have signed documents automatically delivered to your e-Boks, two steps must be completed:

  1. Ensure the e-Boks integration is enabled in your system.

  2. Select the signing templates that should utilize this integration.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create a new signing template or open an existing one for editing.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the template settings and locate the section titled "Sender Distribution Methods."

  3. Enable the "e-Boks" option by checking the corresponding box.

    Once this setup is complete, all documents signed using the selected template will be automatically delivered to e-Boks after the transaction is finalized. However, you can also choose to have several distribution methods, including for example both email and e-Boks.

Note: You can also set e-Boks as your default distribution method in your account settings. This ensures that all documents - regardless of the template- are delivered directly to your or your company’s e-Boks.

  1. Go to your "settings" and choose "integrations"

  2. Choose e-Boks as your "active integration" (default) - meaning that transaction information and signed documents will be returned through this integration
