Resetting Your Password
Go to the Addo Sign login page and click "Forgot your password?" located beneath the orange "Sign in" button:
You will be redirected to a reset page. Enter your email address, check the "I'm not a robot" box, and click "Reset password."
You will receive an email shortly. Click the "Reset password" link in the email:
You will now be asked to create a new password. Click "Save" to confirm the new password:
Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now log in using your updated credentials:
Changing Your Password (Logged In)
If you are logged into your account and wish to update your current password:
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner:
Select "My profile" from the dropdown menu:
Scroll down and click "Change password.":
A pop-up will appear. Read and press 'Confirm' once your are proceed:
You have now been logged out of the system, will receive an email shortly. Click the "Reset password" link in the email:
You will now be asked to create a new password. Click "Save" to confirm the new password:
Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now log in using your updated credentials:
