What are credits?

Think of credits as a digital currency. Each time a document is signed or when you use our additional services, credits are used. This means you only pay when a document actually gets signed.

Depending on the type of signature, the credit cost may vary slightly. Touch signatures always cost just 1 credit. eID signatures, on the other hand, may vary depending on service fees.

How to buy credits

Log into your account and go to settings > Subscription / credits.

Pay-as-you-go

If you only need a few signatures now and then, pay-as-you-go is the right solution for you. You can buy a bundle of credits and use them whenever you like. The more you buy, the cheaper each credit becomes.

You can use pay-as-you-go together with the free Addo Starter account.

Subscription

If you sign documents frequently, a subscription is the best solution. With our subscriptions, you receive a fixed amount of credits either monthly or annually.

If you choose an annual subscription, you’ll get all your credits upfront – ready to use whenever you need them. This is ideal if your signing needs vary throughout the year, with lower activity in some months and higher volume in others.

A subscription gives you the absolute lowest cost for digital signing in your organisation.

Free users

One big advantage of Addo Sign is that you can have free users on all subscriptions. That means you can add as many users as you like without paying extra. Addo Sign is one of the only solutions offering this benefit.

Change subscription

If you want to change your subscription, you can always contact us. We handle subscription changes manually to ensure you don’t lose any unused credits. We also proactively contact customers if we see that switching to another plan could benefit them.
