Configuring Your Signing Settings
When it comes to signing documents, we understand that everyone has their own unique preferences and needs. That's why we offer a variety of options for you to customize your signing experience. In this article, we'll walk you through how to configure your signing settings to best suit your needs.
Accessing Your Signing Settings
To access your signing settings, simply click on the Settings button, as shown in the image below:
Enabling Yourself as a Signer
If you need to sign the document yourself, you can easily enable this option by clicking on I need to sign. This will automatically add you as a signer, as shown in the image below:
Setting a Specific Signing Order
In some cases, it may be necessary for the signers to sign in a specific order. To enable this option, simply click on Signers must sign in a specific order. Once enabled, you'll be able to drag and drop the signers in the list, as shown by the bottom arrow in the image below:
Signing Multiple Documents with One Signature
If you have multiple documents that need to be signed with the same signature, you can save time and credits by enabling Sign multiple documents with one signature (signing key). This option allows you to use the same signature for multiple documents, rather than using a separate signature for each one.
Adding Your Own Reference
For your own organizational purposes, you can add a reference to your signing. This can be anything that helps you identify the document, such as a project name or client name. Simply enter your reference in the bottom input field, as shown below:
Accessing Your References
Once you have added a reference, you can easily search for it from the list of signings. Simply click on the Reference number, and note that you might need to select it from the cog wheel to adjust your table:¨'
