Billing methods

Addo Sign offers payment by card, e-invoice, or email. Avoid the 49 DKK fee on non-card payments by adding a card in settings.

As an Addo Sign customer, your individual requirements may vary, which means you will have various options available for paying your selected product.

Methods

We offer the following payment methods to match your needs:

• Payment cards

• e-invoicing

• E-mail

Invoice fees

We are adding 49 DKK on all invoices where a payment card is not used.

For instance, if you are using e-invoicing or getting your invoice via e-mail, you will see the fee applied.

How to add your payment card

You will be able to avoid the 49 DKK payment fee if you add your payment card.

Follow the steps below to add your card:

1. Navigate to settings by clicking on the cog wheel:

2. Select "Account overview" page and click on the "Add a card" button.

3. Insert your payment card information and click on the "Add a card" button.

Please note that some account types require you to contact support to complete this action.
