Check in a private browser
Before clearing cookies and cache, test Addo Sign in a private browser. This helps determine if the issue is caused by local data. Private mode is called different things in each browser — like Incognito in Chrome. Use the shortcuts below to open it quickly.

2. Clear cookies and cache
Follow the instructions for your browser to clear cookies and cache. Note: some changes only take effect after fully closing and reopening the browser.
Microsoft Edge:
Open Settings
Click on the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner of the Edge browser
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Navigate to Privacy Settings
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Privacy, search, and services
Clear Browsing Data
Under the Clear browsing data section, click on Choose what to clear
In the dialog box that appears
Choose the Time range “All time”
Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear now

Google Chrome:
Open Settings
Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the Chrome browser
Hover over More tools, then select Clear browsing data
Clear Browsing Data
In the dialog box that appears
Choose the Time range “All time”.
Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox:
Open Settings
Click on the three horizontal lines (≡) in the upper-right corner of the Firefox browser
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Navigate to Privacy & Security
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Privacy & Security
Clear Data
Under the Cookies and Site Data section, click on Clear Data ….
In the dialog box that appears
Ensure both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked
Click Clear

Safari for Mac:
Open Settings
Click on Safari in the top-left corner of the menu bar
Select Settings (or Preferences in older versions) from the dropdown menu.
Access Privacy Settings
In the settings window, click on the Privacy tab
Manage Website Data
Click on Manage Website Data….
A list of websites storing data will appear
To remove all data, click Remove All. To delete data for specific sites, select the site and click Remove
